The old farmhouse spreads over 10 hectares of land. It dates back to the end of the 19th century when the main farming activities were the production of wine at the own vineyard, and horse breeding. The farmhouse is currently one of the last farm estates close to Rome, but it still maintains its original and natural vocation for raising horses and letting them roam free.
